How to take: Critical Mass Professional is a daily protein powder supplement. Depending on your individual calorie need, we recommend 1-3 scoops daily. This is a carbohydrate-dense shake and works even better when taken alongside the Applied Nutrition’s GDA (Glucose Disposal Agent) iDrive Insulin Driver.

Mix 2.5 Scoops (150g) with 500ml of water or skimmed milk for an easy mixing and great tasting protein shake. Shake well using a shaker bottle.
